Attention Horror Movie Fans

Friday, October 29th will be Horror Movie Night at the library. There will be two movies shown that evening starting at 4pm. The two films being shown: Wake the Witch and Ghosts Don't Exist are not rated but have been previewed by a library staff member.

Teens who wish to attend will need a signed permission slip.

Popcorn and beverages will be available, so come and join us in getting a fright for Halloween.

October events

Eccles-Lesher Memorial Library has a new program beginning in October called The Babysitter’s Club for kids ages 11 to 15. This club will be meeting once a month for three months starting Saturday, October 9th, 2010 from 10 a.m. to noon. Learn the basics of babysitting and the importance of proper child care while having fun at the same time! Each participant to complete the total 6 hours will receive a special certificate! Sign up at the library!


And for teens ages 13-17 our October Super Saturday program is reserved just for you. Saturday, October 9th at 1 p.m. come down to show your artistic abilities by helping us paint some awesome bookends! Be creative for an afternoon and help us spruce up our stacks with your artwork!

Also on Friday, October 29, 2010@ 4:00 We will be having a teen movie night. It will run from 4-8pm. The movies are all thrillers. Since this is the month of Halloween.
